They shouldn't look like that. Kind of hard to tell without macros, it's potato quality but from what I see I wouldn't accept 2/3 dials.
1st and 3rd one clearly have jagged edges/not well polished.
2nd one hard to say if it's light reflecting tbh.
IMHO It's not damage it's just poorly made and finished subdial and subdial rings reflecting light poorly.
The meteorite dial is produced seperate from subdial, after treating and finishing the dial they have to fit the subdial to the dial. If the subdials are not of high quality and poor tolerance then it's the result.
Just ask for a new one and say they're poorly finished. We have seen better made ones.
You also should probably ask for videos and more macros if you are worried. Hard to really tell anything. Videos and angles with light hitting subdial rings will reveal if it's damage/jagged or just some light tricking you.

Last piece of advice, these are only $300-400 dials. Just remeber that when buying them. I agree we have seen much better subdial finishing though.
