i have actually seen pictures of really sloppy handpainted dials that were gen Panerai.

if you dont like it....tell DVSN you are really unhappy with it. -
and that he shall take it back.

heard back from DSN last night. He says 'no problem' and will replace the dial. I'm not sure whether there will be money changing hands, but I certainly appreciate his customer relations. Looking forward to posting pics of the watch with a better dial. Stay tuned......
