Yes that’s right, if u don’t want engraving on the plates then it’s about 1300. The mods includes SW dial, hands, pinions, beveled indices and also some case polishing and making the end links more flexible

Do you know how much of a cost adder the free sprung balance is?

If you paid €1688 probably you’re an engraved PPF stock movement, not VSV clone .

I still don't know anyone with it, I'm reluctant about the free sprung balance, on a gen you send it to Patek if something goes wrong but on a rep it is a 2k movement with not many parts available if something goes wrong.

The watch is here! I can’t be happier … the movement engraving and dial the bracelet and case… is superb! Putting this replica next to my gen JLC MC geographic which costs 10x more … I actually dunno why I would need a gen lol!!

Congrats on your beautiful watches. That JLC is one of favs. Too bad it hasn't been rapped with correct dimensions afaik.

Small issue with the watch it seems the rotor is not winding the mainspring. Looking closer at the movement the micro rotor winding pinion is not engaging I am contacting chazingtime to see if they can help fix this …

I talk to couple of experts and modders about the new ACE movement ( or someone called it VSV). The vast majority advice against install it and all agree it's not stable.

The one I have is actually the one with PFF/vsf movement not the vsv free spring movement - I sent it to a watchmaker hopefully it is just a tension spring that is installed the wrong way

Gotcha , sorry I thought its was the free spring movement. Hopefully they will fix it for you vert fast man.
