Next up: A freshly built HydroConquest 41mm homage, featuring a stunning sunburst blue dial that plays with the light beautifully—faithful to the depth and vibrance of the original Longines design. It makes for a sharp, sporty daily wearer. All components are brand new and assembled by me. For full transparency, please note a few minor cosmetic imperfections: a tiny speck inside the “0” in the “50” on the bezel insert, two small nicks along the inner edge of the insert at the “2” and “6” positions, some light swirls/marks on the underside of a lug, a faint stain beneath the “300meter” engraving on the back of the clasp, and a slight discoloration on the first inner bracelet link (bottom side). Most of these are barely noticeable during daily wear, but I’ve disclosed them fully and attempted to capture them in the photos. As a result, the already modest cost of the build has been adjusted accordingly.
