I have a bit of a different thought. I personally would not like this watch, but wearing one doesn't have to be seen as having "no class/taste", just different taste in my opinion. Every time someone posts a picture of an AP, gen or rep that is fully paved, everyone jumps in to show that they hate it and the person wearing it has bad taste in watches. I interpret this to mean, instead of buying a model modded with all those diamonds, you guys would rather spend that money on another model or even the same model probably without any diamonds.

I think it all depends on his taste and the taste of his peers around him. Maybe if he bought and wore something like the Chronopassion (a classy watch in my opinion), his peers might tell him he has no taste in watches because there are no diamonds. I think it's perfectly fine to state you don't like the model and would never buy/wear it. I think we should reserve judgement on people's class/taste because we don't like what they are wearing. Besides, who's to say he also doesn't own a vintage Patek? (He probably doesn't, but you guys know what I'm trying to say)

I was looking at the gen this afternoon and it's a lot less tasteless in the flesh. It's rose gold, and the craftsmanship involved setting all those diamonds is a skill, so it doesn't look quite so "cheap" and tacky close up, however I still wouldn't wear it.

I've watched new Ultimate fighter with him this week. He wore AP but I couldn't figure one which one was it. It sort of looked like schumacher.
He wore sunglasses the whole time. I'm a sunglasses fanatic but they look pretty cheep. I would be able to spot OP, Tom Ford, Persol, Ditto and other high end brands right away.
