Whenever jewelers work on diamond setting an entire watch it usually changes the bezel and markings slightly so I think it's probably a gen. He can afford a gen so there should be no reason for him to post a rep on Instagram knowing fully well Watch Busters or RWI detectives will call him out

This is a weird watch. The design looks to be an ROO T3 but the case is not the T3 case, but one resembling the 42mm ROO case instead. The bezel and dial are also one of a kind. I think it's safe to say that other than the movement calibre, everything else is heavily customized.

No it isn't. The design is actually closer to T3, looking at the pusher and crown guards, but if you look at the case, its not the usual AP ROO 47mm case design, which usually comes without the plots. Also, the Shaq has the 3 and 2 reversed on the dial. This has has the 2 and 3 in the usual places.
But it isn't an iced out T3 either.

Whatever it is, it is irrefutably butt ugly.

I think he wanted a watch that screams 'attention' or that says 'Try me' , 'go ahead and try get it off my my wrist and I'll show you what I get paid to do' So he is not looking for classy/taste , just something to show off and offend the eyes... The same goes for Floyd Mayweather and rappers in general . All that bling is just for attention and respect . To show how tough they are walking around with a house on them with no worries haha....
