No I don't think so. I mean if you put a 111J dial next to the 111M you would see the differences but I really think it's a nit pick thing. I made a 111 from an older H series, which uses a dial very similar to the J, but used an H-Factory case, crystal, etc from an H-Factory 005. The only difference is the printing on the H factory dial is a little more bolder and slightly more white.
Now also to mention that the H dial I have was a Vac Lumed dial so the lume in daylight was also more white in color than the M's yellow/green look. Again small differences but not enough to drive yourself crazy over.
