Comparison Gen 111K with 111J & 111M

I would like to compare a Gen 111K to a rep 111J noob-factory & 111M H-factory.
Since I'm no pam expert it will be a small photo comparison, I've tried my best to take pictures with my Iphone camera ( all I have at the moment ) so please excuse the quality

This is just to show how good those new reps are and point out some of the small flaws
The 111J is modded, it's been relumed & double AR coated by FineDD, the 111M is standard ( can be bought at any preferred dealer )

Comparing these I would say, the 111J is a definite winner, the colour of the text is spot on, cut outs of the numbers is slightly better on the 111M, especially the 2 ...

IMHO the best 111 would be a selection of both , the easiest would be buy the J & M and swap movement & dial into a 111M ...
Standard lume & crystal suck on a 111J, the M has better build quality , ...

Thanks for the brilliant review. Very insightful. 111J dial font looks better. But the 2 looks abit off.
Overall both are superb reps. For the price u pay, u get almost 90-95% in terms of looks and build.

I agree with you about the 111J ....
It is despite the 2 being off the better dial.

What I forgot to mention is that the screwbars on the 111J are ugly compared to the 111M, not really visible on my pics

Do you think 111M case is more accurate than 111J?

That mean 111M is not the same shape as 005K, right?

111M and 005K use the same case and are both more accurate in more ways than the 111J case. Although there may be small things better about the 111J case, I'd take the 111M case but use only the top dial from the 111J.

Dealers don't really sell these unfortunately
