Well...........

after a few recommendations from you good folks at RWI I took the plunge and contacted Marvellous Replica to purchase my second Replica timepiece.

I asked a few simple questions about an IWC 3717-01 with a leather strap and almost immediately received a response. The response accurately answered all my queries regarding the Rep.

So I purchased the Rep through PayPal which is surely the only safe way to purchase anything online and then received a multitude of friendly mails. Today I received some excellent detailed photos of the actual watch and a shot of the Rep being tested.



Hopefully now the watch will wing it's way to me and within the next week or so be on my chubby little wrist.

Watch this space............I will obviously post some photos and review the Watch in detail upon receipt.

Being a relative NOOB..........does the data on the test screen give an indication that the movement is Good...Bad....or Ugly !!??

It gives the beats per hour of the movement.Your is a high beat.

What it says is that your watch is running 1 second too fast in 24 hours in that position. +1 is VERY good for a replica. It also states that your watch is a high-beat movement, ticking 28,800 times per hour, 8 beats per second.

Lets hope it's more reliable than the piece of "SHITE" I bought from watcheden last year !!! Which sadly yesterday decided to no longer "TICK" at any bloody speed !!

If I knew what I was doing I'd have ago at fixing it !!

Watcheden sells many cheap watches. These watches tend to come with crappy movements. I've never had any problems with my 2824 or 2836 movements.

they certainly sold me one of their "Less" exotic models thats for sure !!!

But I guess that was really my fault for not researching what I was buying and discovering this site after I parted with my £$CASH$£.....

The Tag Heuer Carrera I bought was about as accurate as an M.C Escher drawing copied by a 3 year old on a bouncy castle !!

Why don't you post the other pics so that expert guys can give you some opinion, unless you know very well what you are buying.

One second a day is exelent for ANY movement, let alone a rep one.
Now, in real life it may not be that close because it will be slightly different in varying positions (which is why a COSOC test is performed in 5 positions) but at a guess it would still be inside COSOC (5 sec a day) so as good as can be expected from any mechanical watch.
What MVT is in this?

Well.......Marvellous have told me it's an Asian 7750 Working Chronograph Automatic Movement(28,800bph) heres a few pics they sent me !!!

my watch appears to have been released by UK customs this evening according to my tracking info.......so hopefully I'll have it in the next few days !!!

You'll love it! My 3717 is definitely one of my favorites. But wear it often because most watch winders can't keep an A7750 running for more than a few days.

If this is your first automatic chrono, please read the rules about setting time and date/ day and the use of the chrono. I have seen people not reading these and the watch went dead.
