I found my alligator strap! It is going to be black and It's from Camille Fournet 20/18mm and I also bought a deployment buckle for it.

I can't wait for all of this to be here...

I sent a message to Domi last week but I've got no feedback from him concerning his price for the mods I am planning to do...

No I won't do them myself, I will send it to fine dd for an AR, I will swap the strap myself but I will wait for the movement swap and lume job as I am also going to buy a Nikon D90 soon

No clue about the name, as I want to swap the movements (at least try to see if it's possible that's fine with me) I will do a pic on Monday. Yep the strap is great but the original one is more comfortable so I swapped them again and may sell back the alligator strap.

I fitted the alligator strap but the rubber one is way better on it. As I just bought a tourbillon watch I will fit the leather strap on it when it arrives.
Concerning the mods for this watch, I am going to contact a few dealers to see if they can source only the movement that I am looking for or if I will have to buy the entire watch. That's it for now, thanks for the interest and I will update this topic asap

I have heard elsewhere that Domi is in the process of moving and somewhat behind with his work.

You may need some patience.

I have also been reading this in his sub-forum sooner this morning

After asking around it looks like it going to be difficult to source only the movement, I may have to buy the new aquanaut jumbo in order to swap the movement :/ I will wait a little before I concider buying it
I will first send my GMTIIC to Uwe for some mods

Just out of interest do you know how the non jumbo MBK version compares to the Cartel non-jumbo version? surely the differences doesnt justify the expense of buying a new movement and having it installed?

The mbk version is supposed to be the best one available. IMO It is like comparing a noobmariner and a bk sub
