Armchair quarterback" is an idiom that originated in the United States. It refers to someone who doesn't participate in an action but still makes judgments about it. ... An "armchair quarterback" is someone who offers his or her opinion on something without actually being a part of it.
I'd go one further and note that there wasnt even a please, thank you or question mark in your 'instruction' either, which read that you weren't asking the OP, you were giving a dictum - "Just organise".:thinking:
Whilst I don't agree with the OPs list, for my own reasons, I still think it's a cool idea, he's doing an awesome job, members are contributing and over 7,000 people have viewed it.
Maybe it was lost in translation, and if so, mea culpa, but we've all heard the saying 'you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar'.
