The new CF markers look really really good. That has always been a weak point of reps and one that's been an annoying detail to address and it looks like CF has addressed this by raising the edge in the lume plot slightly and it's brilliant. The gen markers have a very distinct marker edge/rim and the only factory that does a good job with this is noob but now this looks really good and really promising.

I've been looking for a good blusey too.

Just swap the vsf crystal into it then for just a smidge over $100...

A crystal swap is easy.

Everything else about it is better than the VSF.

Try sourcing a vsf crsytal lol. You wont find one, unless your td has extremely good connections with vsf. They stop selling crystal when a lot of people were trying to source them to swap their crap zzf, noob and arf crystals.

ZZF is the only Factory that doesn't do tilted CG like the gen but keeps doing straight perpendicular!

Meh. Can’t get too excited about that mate. I’ve handled/owned my fair share of used subs and the CGs are all over the shop (most are polished by the jewellers watchmaker not RSc)....so ZZF CG doesn’t offend my eyes - but you’re absolutely right, they haven’t got it right

After the debacle of zzf using 316l in the v2s and v3 makes sense to rebrand the factory. People dont forget that easy when they get finessed. As the saying goes. “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.”
Wouldn't be surprised if that is what ultimately made them sell the factory.

Or just rename it? A test proving that they use 904 will be interesting imo.

Roast me if you want but the Rehaut serial number engravings are garbage, they could have perfected this as other factories have.

I think it is more light and now angle of the lines that the user put on the Pic because while the cg on the right looks curved or there's a curved reflection, the one on the left looks straight.

I think this is just an illusion or eyes playing tricks on you. At least from these pics

Well..It is a bit angled on both sides...

but so what...that kinda shit will never bother me...

People really should need to appreciate how much this rep game have improved over the years...give some credit to these guys trying to improve. Yes I’m sure they do it to make more profit and all but in the end it does benefit us.

I agree in a limited respect. And I know a lot of people say "oh just fix this or that" like it's no big deal, like there aren't real world obstacles to making a $10 to 20k watch for $550 bucks

But in this Instance I think what we've seen so far looks very promising. I also think I could have inserted slanted lines in any direction to make you see angles that aren't there.

I know everyone wants to be the one to identify that flaw that everyone else overlooked but people should learn to appreciate everything this new venture did before shitting on their work. Imo anyway.

They are all very good honestly, whatever we choose from the top manufacturer will be fine except for slight differences. In this war of the sub, the only ones who get hurt are the customers, since there are so many and so good they should play with the prices to make them more attractive and even so they continue and continue to rise in price with each version !!

Finally a good looking two tone bracelet that’s has the 3piece SEL and it’s plated so hopefully the cost won’t be up there with the wrapped bracelets. Good efforts from CF
In regards to the LV and LB dials the starburst lapping effect on the base material of these dials is too coarse they need finer lapping materials. This changes the whole dynamic of the reflection. Rolex lapping procedure is much finer. They’ll get there one day but it’s good to see such amazing progress from the factories over the last few months.

Competition is great for us.

In the past 6 months like 6-7 new factories have popped up making very good quality products. When this happens we all win.

They have made increasingly Better products while keeping the prices down.

The gmt's are a perfect example. Noob was charging $700 for a time bomb. Now we have ent of competion and prices are much better than that time bomb and hovering around $500.

At this rate, products will get better and prices will stay low.
