Hi everyone,

I received my clean factory 116610LB one week ago and I wanted to share some pictures.
She's very great. The movement is perfect and the finition absolutely incredible. Maybe better than gen ! Lol
I'm so happy and the quality of jtime's service is excellent, very professional.

Yes these had the old V2 bracelets those felt cheap definitely even the upgraded V2S clasp which came along some where during august past year wasn't that good.

But to be honest you cannot state things as facts and mislead people about V3 and Clean because you once had V2S.

You are comparing V3/Clean around the forum with VSF but you don't even have the first two nor never handled them.

The V2S has all the V3 upgrades minus the ARF 1LD bracelet (it had a C4R).. so I bought the ARF bracelet, so in effect it was a complete V3. What is different from the V3 and the current Clean V1, I haven't been following? They certainly look the same.

Yes the Clean no-date arrived a few days ago and the LN date should also shortly be here.

My main take away from V2S (late with V3 bits except the bracelet) is it's really really good in terms of details and closeness to a gen (except the CG's which they though have slightly improved).

BUT you must really know your subs and gen details and how they look from various angles and lightning very very well to be able to fully appreciate it. For most it may look identical to V3 or even V2 but for me the minute details matter.

So thinking to get no date one .at least wouldn’t be worried about the cyclops.so hope the finishing on this new clean is better as looking at the photo you shared the hands and the dial look really good

That's fixed yes see below but the whole rehaut has been updated - the lower polished darker edge, engraving size and position and so on and is very close to gen now.

Blue tint on cyclops is according to gen mate. If you don't like blue tint on the cyclops get a gmt. Clean finishing aint better look at the bezel teeth, they look awful. But i agree hands looks really good.

GMT's are some also with blue tint.

I'm probably one of the rare ones who likes and prefers the blue tint if I plan to swap a gen crystal I would look specifically one with the blue tint.

Adds some extra nautical spirit to subs.

at micro level the finishing is not great . But I am more interested if it doesn’t feel sharp on wrist because this what I will experience in daily use.

Sharp edges on the genuine crown too until it’s a few months old, the gen bezel too would shred a shirt cuff over the course of month or two as well, done it! Genuine cyclops is blue. Yes, the case edges are sharp, I softened mine with a buff stick, but don’t over estimate a gen, they have sharp pointy bits too, when new!

Actually.. I have noticed that a new genuine submariner bezel is rougher/sharper than zzf/vsf, gen is like Roger Moore’s buzz saw almost when new, it shreds! Reps are softer finished, what gives?
