Translation:

- No visible joints or speed humps at 6 and 18
- The ceramic bezel is installed using double sided tape so sometimes there can be some leftover marks which can be removed by hand
- Slight difference in colour of bezel but overall quite well done
- Dots on crown is correct with one big center dot and two small dots next to it
- The fundamentals of the watch are well done
- The side of the rose gold polished center links are also rose gold and doesn't reveal it to be stainless steel
- The SEL is comprised of three separate pieces where as it is one piece from other factories
- There is a step in the back of the SEL between it and the lugs which is same as gen
- Still uses a 3185 movement so the hand adjustment is in reverse direction as gen but date adjustment is in the same direction

Movement is a VR3186, old version which RWI decided to call a VR3185 because it's designed on a gen 3185 though none were engraved that way. The only difference in the new version VR3186 is the fake deco free sprung balance arm which results in the annoying as hell relocation of the real regulation arms.

He's wrong about the date adjustment direction.

VR3185/6 and gen 3185/6: fwd crown = fwd hands (both stem positions 2 and 3)

SA3285 (POS) and gen 3285: fwd crown = backward hands (both stem positions 2 and 3)

Both will probably need a crystal replacement, the CLEAN appears to have the milky edge issue that was present on their Pepsi. It was found to be related to the crystal not the gasket. The GMF crystal sits too high, and using a shorter height gasket will make the date look smaller, usually too noticeably.

Freeze the video and step it through the frames at 0:27

Also make sure you actually get a VR3186 if you order a GMF. They have a history of trying to push the SA3285 in their GMTs.

Agree with the crystal replacement for sure.

I would purchase from Trusty as I’ve had a few watches from him so would hope the watch has the VR3186 inside it ha!
Definitely would want the hands to move in the same direction as the rep lol.

Seems the way to go on whatever posts I have read and people I have asked.
Fingers crossed the RG is good and looks similar.
