116500 and 116520 are literally the same watch besides dial and bezel. Like, literally. Same case, same bracelet, same movement, same hands, same crystal, same pushers and same crown. Oh well yeah there is a difference in the case: the model reference engraved..

Maybe he mixes up the old white gold daytonas, with That curved case

Is it possible to fit in 4130 to arf?

I believe it's been done before but It's definitely not a direct swap.

Now unless you already have an ARF Daytona which you absolutely adore, I don't see the point of doing that. This CF seems to be better than ARF on pretty much all fronts, with maybe the exception of the black dial

Even the black dial is better because of genlike markers… also arf have too matte subdials compared to gen and also slightly thicker subdials
for me in every front cf is best at the moment

Incredible waste of money imho

I’ll be honest the watch bracelet truly makes it “feel" right. Hard to explain. I have a gen sub with date you eye coles you can always pick the gen based on the feel

I like black dial, in this case i can switch dial from arf to cf, and will be perfect, or will wait until they improve black dial.

RL'd mine 12 days ago. Still waiting on new QC. Asked jtime for an update, says new batch is due to come from factory later this week. Fingers crossed for no more wonky markers and crown...

Completely agree with you. I have a gen Daytona, the gen bracelet has smooth edges, rep bracelet has sharp edges.

Sure, but we are not talking about a crystal swap for 300$, we are talking about a 2500$+ upgrade for a full genuine daytona bracelet lol kind of an overkill, you could get a speedmaster for that kind of money (counting the cost of the base watch as well) a couple years ago.

Moreover, the upgraded feel will be just for you, it's not visible on the wrist.

Anyways, you have to be happy with your decisions, enjoy your new CF and do what you prefer with it ;)

You can easily achieve that same look and feel by softening the edges, and rebrushing the bracelet. I have done that to every single Rolex rep I’ve owned, and you can’t feel the difference afterwards

How do you soften the edges? I like to do that to my bracelet.

By hand I use a Bergeon 2290 stick, but you have to rebrush the bracelet after for a even result (use Bergeon blocks)

As per Robi01 's comment abocmve, the ARF dial is not necessarily better
