Clean 116710LN

Hi everyone,


i‘ve found plenty of info on the BLNR and the BLRO but nearly no info on the LN made by CF.

My plan was to get a ARF and getting a VR movement put in, but most TDs recommend the CF LN.

There’s not much info on the CF LN.
Sorry, am i missing something!?

Searched the websites of the usual suspects such as here, RG, RWG but couldn’t find anything.
Looking for something ootb, not interested in building a Franken atm.

Any input on that one is much appreciated!
If there’s already a thread about it i missed it, sorry for that.

Seems everyone is hunting for a BLNR or BLRO these days, which are both not my cup of tea.

I think its the best of the CF GMT's but it's not as popular. The colour of the bezel is spot on for sure.

Well not my first choice too, but will get a oyster for it soon.
Anyone know if ARF bracelets fit on clean GMTs?

FYI the LN, unlike the BLNR or the BLRO have never been sold on jubilee
if you like it this way it's perfectly fine, but just be aware that it's a fantasy combination

First thing that came to my mind when I saw it too. Just add a decent crystal and that's a mega watch (or NWBIG). The Oyster version though, the Jubilee has crap endlinks.

A little birdie told me this may be coming this year.. It has been spotted in recently produced literature, a GMT LN on Jubilee. But for now it's a fantasy watch.

If that does happen (which would be nice!) Then the dial will likely have the coronet at 6, so this combo will still be technically incorrect

I think any GMT looks great on Oyster or Jubilee. I prefer the Jubilee to a PCL Oyster, but I prefer a brushed Oyster over a Jubilee.. A Jubilee is nice to have at least one if you have a collection of Oysters.

For sure. I have my own preference for each model but you can't really go wrong with any bracelet/insert combination

I really like PCL even though they’re scratch magnets.

Will give it a try on the jubilee.
But will order a ARF bracelet nevertheless i think.

Saw a gen 116710LN with a DJ jubilee with hidden clasp, that looked some sort of, well weird. The fliplock clasp looks much better imo.

Crap crystal but look at that, stunning. The CG's are even correct.

CF use this same case for the Sub 116610. That's why I keep saying the CF Sub has a crap case, I noted it was in a GMT case a long time ago.

Yup well it actually helped clean to be the best case for the GMT2 lol.

Is the Green color from the gmt Hand gen like?
What about the cf bracelet and clasp?

I‘m no expert by any means when it comes to 6 digit RLX but that insert looks pretty damn good imo! At least better than ARFs and GMFs LN.

VRF comes with clean insert when I remember correctly.

And as stated above, you don’t have to deal with speedbumps lol

Xtal doesn’t look that decent though..

How is the bezel operation? I suspect it'll be the exact same bezel assembly as the BLRO which is packed with grease because the parts don't fit right.
