Hello guys,
I have recently purchased a Cartier Panthere (YG/YG GF Swiss Quartz) and as soon as I got it it had a clasp problem.
Basically, one of the 2 sides never clicks in properly and it opens up constantly, any ideas on how I can fix it?

If it helps I can post a link of a photo or even better a video.

let me know what pics you need so I will send them over, I would really appreciate if you could help. In case a new clasp is needed, do you know where I could get it from?

The thing is that the two sides of the clasp look identical, but one engages perfectly and it's stiff to open, wether the other one opens really easily. It's hard for me to identify if it is the "male" that is too small or the "female" that is too big. Either way, I reckon that there's a lack of material in either the male or female part of the clasp so I don't think there' s a way to fix it. But again, it's only my opinion and I am no watch expert at all.

I have updated the previous link with a video:

The first one as you can see locks perfectly and it's hard to pop open, the second one does not even click and opens up right away.

ahhh ok , one whole clasp end , i thought you meant one side of one clasp

i try putting some oil on the end that doesnt engage , if that doesnt work contact your TD about a replacement clasp
