Dear people, I wait 20 days for the QC pic while they take a maximum of 10 days. I think it takes a lot of time. all they say is that they are waiting for the qc pic from the factory, this is not normal, is it? I trusted them because of the reviews. can anyone help me?

Also, if 20 days waiting time for QC is unbearable and unacceptable, I have very bad news for you: You picked the wrong niche of horology.
Like others already indicated, 20 days is at the absolute bottom end of extended waiting times. In the summer of 2023, when the AP clone movement was released, people waited up to 7 months for QC of a Royal Oak 15500 because the hype and subsequent demand was so huge. And even that isn't the longest ever recorded QC delay... So chill out, son. Your QC is coming.
