I purchase a watch with chazingtime and they provide me a tracking number that never work. After several inquiry, they finaly give me a tracking number and told me that the watch was delivery a week ago. Only to found out that they change delivery without notice and without providing new tracking number (even when i ask 5 time in 2 week). The watch was paid 1000US and the delivery left the watch on the side walk (not even in the mailbox). No signature was required and no notification since the delivery did not have my info (chazingtime never provide my info). The watch was stolen during the night because we did kno it was delivery. Anyone had that problem?

First, im in Canada. Chazingtime provide me with a tracking number with Canada post but the tracking number never work... chazingtime is telling me that they use Canada post to delivery the watch in Canada but the agent from chazingtime have choose UniUni when the package arrive in Canada. They never inform me. A week after the delivery i waS worry so i reach out to them to know whats happening. They send me a screen shot and telling me its delivery a week ago and verify with delivery company. I told them how can i verify the tracking number dont work. This is when they give me another tracking number with UniUni. So i verify and the package was delivery a week ago and i can see it on my camera. The package was left on the. Street by Uniuni and stolen by a lady an 1h after

So the watch was delivered but stolen off your porch? And you're half blaming Chazing because the tracking number provided updated/changed and you didn't know the number? This situation sucks but I don't think ChazingTime can be blamed for the package being stolen off your porch, let me be honest with that.
It's best when using tracking to track with ParcelApp/17Track/PostalNinja, they will provide new tracking numbers when it hits the country, etc.
I think you should forward the camera footage to your local police and mailman about package theft.....

The purpose of tracking number is to follow the package and make arrangment for delivery?! The first tracking never work and i ask on 5 different occasion to provide me with a good one and they never anwser. The delivery company didnt have any info regarding the delivery...

Whatever the outcome is - I don't think Chazing really is at fault here for some lady stealing your package, however it is framed.... maybe some fault with poor shipping tracking but TDs are not gods and do not control every single detail. The package ended up at your house but was nicked by a thief.
Try to work for a partial refund or resolution but that's probably the best that can be done. The TD did their job and the watch did arrive at your house. It was an act of god that your watch was nicked and stolen.

Regarding your problem, the dealer has nothing to do with a theft under your porch. Are you really blaming a Chinese dealer for a petty theft occurring in Canada? As already suggested, that's local police business.
As for the tracking number confusion, it's not yet clear what happened because your explanation is a bit erratic, but it's not uncommon for parcels to disappear until in country of destination and then also changing number. Again, no fault of the TD, that's just the safest method to get counterfeit merchandise out of custom's radar.

OP has filed a Paypal dispute yesterday and we've refunded him today to close the dispute.
Long story short is this, tracking number has been given to him once his order was shipped on May 18th. Usually one of two things:
1. Tracking number stays the same: the tracking number provided to us by our shipping agent will update once the shipment arrives in the destination country. From China to the destination country is only trackable in the shipping agent system.
2. Tracking number will change: the tracking number will change once arrives in the destination country. This is usually due to the change of the company that handles the delivery in the destination country. (Tracking: U999925003209323)
So the second scenario is what happened to the OP. I admit that we forgot to email him the second tracking number. The order was delivered on June 3rd. Then OP said he didn't receive it and while we asked about this matter with our shipping agent , he filed the Paypal dispute.
So we've refunded him and will just bear the loss.
