You will need to replace two parts.

Winding Pinion For ETA 6497-1 and ETA 6498-1

Ebauches #410. For ETA 6497-1 and ETA 6498-1.

Clutch Wheel For ETA 6497-1 and ETA 6498-1

Ebauches #407. For ETA 6497-1 and ETA 6498-1.

It is really easy, 6497 is the easiest movement to service. Just watch some youtube video.

you dont need to remove anything from behind. you can acess the clutch and the winding stem from there.
