I have spent quite a lot of money on gens. From 500USD to 15000USD. So your comments are not in the right place.

Having spent all that money on gens, I’d have thought your expectations for millimetre-accurate perfection from a Chinese fake costing a twentieth of the gen would have been a bit less stringent.

BTW, the part of the watch you’re referring to - the rehaut - is part of the watch case, not the bezel. And you have to watch out, because the rehaut can become detached. It requires the use of a special tool to reattach it. See this diagram:

It makes new people here afraid to ask questions and increase their knowledge about reps. Strange approach.

Thanks for technical details - I am watch fan but it seems that I miss technical knowledge.

I am aware that I cannot require from this price point the same precision as gens have.

But in case of rehaut it is one of the most emphasized USP of Rolex so it would be good to look at rep having it done properly (even if some gens don't)

Is it possible to find better rehaut alignment on CF Sub? YES, so why buy this, change 2-3 watched and find better to be satisfied, no matter you pay 500 EUR for rep or 15K EUR for gen. You pay your money ))
