I have a V9 QF Le Mans that came to me (for some reason) with a Pt950 case. The CF version came out a week or two later and I got it plated with WG - I'm very happy with it but I was wondering if it would be possible to swap the dial with the QF dial and also swap the engraved decorative plate with the QF as well.

Can't help you with your question but do you mind sharing some pics of your CF? you think it's better than QF?
The CF is undoubtedly better build quality (especially on the bracelet and pusher angles/length) but I think QF has a better dial. It escapes me why CF would not engrave the decorative plates as well due to the see through caseback.
I put a Gen crystal and gasket on my v9, unfortunately I cracked the ceramic insert trying to reinstall it. I had a cheaper watch with the lemans bezel and was able to put it on
my dealer begged for a replacement from QF and was able to attain one. praying I get it back on without issue. I have a clean on the way now. Can’t wait to examine them side by side..
