Trying to talk to Carlos here is like trying to teach a pig to sing: You won't get anywhere and it annoys the pig.

Carlos, you're the proud owner of two new rep watches. You can wear them, sell them, or throw them away and get new ones from another TD or an AD.

I'm thinking The Brig if young Carlos here doesn't see the light, and soon.

Oh yeah, you're also talking crap about one of the best members and dealers on the forums, Carlos. You're on very very very thin ice here.

BOD, I would not be happy with the comment you made if it was me. Since you are one of the "most long term members". So Carlos, listen to him and learn my friend.

BOD is a member since 2006. so time flies hey: when he became a member, my daughter was 8 years old, now she can drive a car and lives together with her friend. My business had 30 FTE's. I fucked my wife ( ex wife that is) several times a week. In the mean time a got divorced and re married again. The summers were great and long. I could drink all night long and still fresh in the morning, no hangover. My hair was black. I Owned just one rep, a rollie from the canal street, bought from a bloke from Senegal. He gave me lifetime guarantee. hahahaha. I could jog for miles, no thick belly in those days. No cars on batteries, No windmills spoiling our horizons. need I say more?!

well I can go on for ever. 2006!!!! that's ages ago, the man must have seen everything in this rep world. Better listen to him

I dont have them anymore ....!!! He uses the same qc pics tell him to post em. Has nothing to do with qcs these are deceiving pics anyways

So, you no longer have the QC pics for a watch you're complaining about? How convenient is that? We must in that case assume the watches you got are the ones in the QC pics in which case what are you complaining about? You have been shown pics of a real Airking with identical markers to the one you received, you have no case.

As for the SDDS I asked you some ago to show us a screencap of your order, we want to see what is was you ordered. Same applies anyway, you got what was in the pics.

I don't know whether to be insulted or flattered, so I'll pick the latter. LOL

Be that as it may, everyone knows Stan's offerings. They are quality at affordable prices. While astethically pleasing, there will be some flaws. I believe this is lost on Carlos. Further, Carlos comes in here yapping like a little mutt about this and that, but he's the same mutt that ate his master's homework when asked to produce QC pics.

But yeah, I'm one of the first members here. When everybody treated everybody with respect and nobody screwed anybody over. LOL

I have a story to tell...
Months ago I bought a PP Aquanaut from the RWI M2M market
The transaction went smooth, shipping was fast... but with the watch in my hands I realized that it had an issue...
Look at the pic...

ueGMmi5.jpg

See the hands? They are in a wrong position... when you set them to 12 they won't aligne...
Did I said anything to the seller? No.
Because that was MY fault.
I saw the pics.
The issue was there...

I left the watch to my watchsmith (the hands were touching the dial) that has fixed the issue for few Euros...

When you look you must try to SEE.

Oh but I have to disagree with you here, The seller should be open and transparent. Reed the pink words written by BOD.

I totally disagree too. You should have filled a ticket with a mod (if you couldn't resolve it with the seller directly), but that sort of stuff must be disclosed. I couldn't tell the hands wouldn't line up from that shot (ok, in hindsight, yes, but no way should you be expected to pick that up). We're meant to be a forum where we look out for each other, not scam each other. And the sales rules reinforce that.

I don't know if the seller was aware of the problem... the watch was still sealed in plastic wrap... I missed to notice that issue... maybe he missed too.
And, furthermore, I believe in people's good faith.

You couldn’t see it that high chance the seller could not see it either. If I am the seller, I would take the watch back but Shipping fee would be on buyer. So I think he did it right by brought it to watch smith instead of losing shipping money both ways

I disagree - it's hard to see that the hands are misaligned in a still photo, but with the watch in hand as the seller had, as soon as you turn the hands to set the time, as soon as the hands go to the o'clock position, it's very, very obvious that the hands aren't aligned properly.

Again, the watch was STILL WRAPPED... he didn't set the hands by any means.

The misalignement of the hands it's very obvious in that photo... look at the hour hand, is at 3:40 while the minute hand is still at 14th minute (half round back)

Easy to see in hindsight, very hard to spot without knowing it's there.

If the seller didn't know about the hands being misaligned, then fair enough, it's just bad luck (or bad QC assessment if you want to be mega harsh on yourself). But I'd find that difficult to swallow. Who doesn't have a little play with a watch, even if it's C&R. That wrapping can be put back on pretty easily.

Personally I feel obliged to ensure that a watch I'm selling works well before selling it on M2M - how can you, as a seller, sell a watch not knowing if it's working. Seems very fishy or just plain wrong to me.

I have purchased numerous watches from WBK and his customer service has always been above and beyond. Obviously you got what you asked for but mistakenly wanted something else. Not sure how you come on here bashing the man for sending you what you wanted. Next time properly research the model you want before ordering.

p.s
since you dont like the reps at all that you have I will g loladly buy them at a discounted price that way you cN make some money back.. lol.. PM me.
