Haha yeah... I even thought about complaining to my credit card company, but here is to hoping that eBay will sort it out.
Sounds like a stall tactic, I'd still have put in an escalation with PayPal and not rescinded it until I was satisfied. If it does arrive, I'd take a short video of the un-packaging and inspection as evidence, though a photo should suffice for evidence if it is a replica. Hard to go back now to the terms of service described on the auction, if he stated that delivery would be 15-30 days then at least on that point he has a leg.
Good ideas. I'll have to remember to take a video if anything ever arrives. I can't recall what the stated delivery time was though and the listing was pulled so I can't check on it. I don't understand why we have to go through this if Ebay pulled ALL of his listings for whatever reason. Obviously he was doing something wrong so shouldn't all his recent transactions be given an automatic refund? Why do we have to go through this crap like someone who didn't receive their item when it clearly wasn't the issue from the start? Ebay....they've come a long way from years ago but still...
Shipment to me was listed as 12-22 days so he is within those limits with his email but i have opened a case with ebay and I have to wait for the 28 of Feb to update so at that time I will move forward and IF I get a watch I will inspect and decide at that time what my next move will be...if any one gets anything please post it here and I will do the same
Through ebay..i opened a case and they sent me an email today asking if i received the item i said no and short while later i got an email saying a refund was issued...went to paypal and sure enough it was there
Wow that was fast, just got a refund. They said someone got access to this guy's account or something. Oh well, still looking for this watch so if anyone sees something please share the news!
I am a G-Shock fan and figured this was to good to be true, seeing that there are tons other listed for $250+
Well I just took my refund, added 140 bucks and bought a lightly used one of these off of Watchuseek. Looks like I'll have one after all...and in the color I wanted. Now excited about getting it in and changing the strap
Nobody get anything? Me neither. I've seen a couple of these going cheap on watchuseek if anyone still wants one. Seen two for less than 150 or the past couple weeks.
