Strap failed on my Santos literally a week after getting it and it fell on a hardwood floor.
Since then I can hear the movement knocking around and doesn't keep time or run (sometimes it will kick into life but then fail again.
Watch is priced as parts only but maybe able to be fixed, I don't know.
There is a knock on the bezel in the top right where it fell asleep per pics.
