I am trying to remove links from a metal band for a Roadster. It appears that the pins are held in by screws on both sides. When I turn a screw on one side, the screw on the other side turns in concert. So I assume that I must hold one side fixed and unscrew the other end? And then the pin will slide out with a screw still attached on one end?

I have not adjusted a band like this before, so I wanted to ask first lest I dork something. THanks.

Did you ever find out how to do this? I just bought my lady a Cartier Panthere and the screws do the same thing. You turn it on one side and the other side moves also. I cant figure out what to do and dont want to break the damn screws or damage the bracelet!
