Can you pronounce Panerai?

I always wondered about the proper pronunciation of Panerai. That and how to say Tourneau.

Some say it's pronounced like this "pan - err - ray" (to rhyme with lingerie). I think the correct way is "pan - err - rye". What about Officine Panerai?
