I was just confused by the lume shot but have had a pretty ok time dealing with the TD so far, during the ordering process. No nonsense. No small talk. No hand holding. Best prices around. Straight to the point. So far so good. Haven't received any of my watches yet but will post reviews when I get them and be able to definitively report whether or not the experience was positive overall. I didn't have any issues with the QC on this Omega Seasmaster 300 NTTD V5 (I ordered the V5 initially) but was curious about the lume, is the bezel on the V5 or V6 also supposed to glow? I was told this is the V6. I see no other issues that are too far outside of acceptable parameters but again, I'm new and have yet to receive any of the orders. If anyone can please lend me a hand in identifying which version this is I would really appreciate it. Here are the links to the QC video and QC Album photos and the lume shot in particular that had me questioning...

Typo in the title... If this is *indeed* the Omega Seamaster 300 NTTD V5 or V6. If that can't be determined, the main question I have is... is the bezel supposed to also have lume?

Yes it should have a lumed bezel. Your post is very confusing to read. VS bezel should have it. The only difference between v5 and v6 is the movement.

For future you can check on ReptimeQC with recrnt NTTD QC and can do research yourself

I have tried my absolute best to stay within the guidelines of the ReptimeQC subreddit but each time I seem to do something wrong. Maybe I'm too vague, my posts got removed and I was given a ban of 7 days as my QC from TD were sent to me. I did my best to make sure everything was good, and GL'd each one. I understand there's an acceptable margin of error in this hobby. Question is, from my last link there where it shows the loom shot, is there any way of telling which version this is? When I asked if I could get a different photo in low light with the bezel loom showing the TD stated that he would send me the V5 instead as the photos in the album and video he sent were actually of the V6 so I just said "Ok, I'll take it". I did not want to reject a deal on a watch of higher value. I'll do the loom shot when I receive it and post the results. Fingers crossed that I have not been fooled. Anyways, does this look it is at least either a V5 or V6 based on your knowledge? I noticed the sticker that says "A" on the crystal but couldn't find anything to confirm that is the mark of the VSF factory either. Going completely on the word of / trust in the TD on this one, so I'm just asking for some reassurance here that I've GL'd the right thing and won't regret it.

Fingers crossed, guess I'll find out soon enough... Didn't want to turn down a free upgrade. I'll post a review of the watch when I get it which should be in the next couple of weeks.

To me it looks like real VS.

I don't think Hont or TD would send the v6 in place of the v5. The v6 costs $80-100 more. We shall see.

To answer the question - just send the picture I posted to Hont and say "Real VS has this bezel glow, is it present on this watch?"

Well, I did that... I was told something along the lines of "wait for me videos and pictures, the one I sent you was the V6, but I'll give you the V5 instead since you don't like it". I have had a positive experience throughout the order process with him so far and didn't want to look at gift horse in the mouth as it were. The QC for the VSF V5 that I initially ordered took a couple of weeks just to get photos so didn't want to wait another couple just for a lume shot especially since I was being offered an upgrade based on having bought a bundle of expensive reps all at once. As you said, I guess we shall see.
