I wouldn't recommend getting the gold yachtmaster. The color fades a bit too quickly. Mine is essentially useless now.

I am new to this site, looking to purchase a yachtmaster II . Purchased one a few months ago, looked great felt heavy yet 2 months in stopped working. Please help as I love the watch yet dont want to throw away another $500.

Vicr, I got a YM2 it was my 1st purchase here. I have to say I dont love it and Im really glad I didnt buy a gen. From what I have learned after getting it the regatta function does not work on any of the reps.
