This is an advisory to all looking to purchase something from https://cchenwatches.com/ and how I had my money stolen from you. I reached out them over a month ago, discussed a watch I was interested in, and had these discussions via WhatsApp, which I still have as proof. The site appeared to be legit, and talking with whomever it was happened to go very smoothly. He informed me of the payment methods (I’m from the US and am always hesitant to buy something from overseas when I can’t use my credit card, but this seems to be the norm). I selected western union. The watch I wanted wasn’t in stock at the time, so I was told that the factory had them, so Chen would be in communication with the factory and let me know when they sent him the watch, when he received the watch he would provide me with QC pictures, then I would be notified once the watch was on its way to me. Long story, short, I was met with delay after delay, excuse after excuse, and ultimately told him I wanted to cancel my order. He asked several times for “just a couple more days,” but I would then not receive any messages or responses from him for days at a time. I ultimately said I wanted to cancel my order and would file a fraud claim with western union, which never seemed to scare him. He ultimately said he would refund my money, as I called him out for lying and keeping me in the dark, but he has now blocked me on WhatsApp and no longer responds to emails. This l excuse for a businessman is a liar and I encourage you all to stay away. I’m working with western union and local authorities to suspend his western union abilities and shut down his website. If anyone knows this liar and wants to let him know that this is going on, please feel free. Otherwise, I encourage everyone to stay away. C Chen is a fraud and I’m out $600.

I did, and could have sworn that I saw them mentioned on here, but perhaps I got confused. I had been talking to several companies, so I might have mixed them up.
Any experience with this? Is there any way for me to be able to get my money back? Thank you.

These scammers purposely use similar names to confuse you the buyer.
You cannot use Google to find TDs- you will get scammed. I am reasonably sure the real dealers try not to have their sites indexed on Google for obvious reasons. These scammers guys do and are counting on you to use Google.
You can only use the links in the TD section here. And be aware they have you change their URLs on occasion- check here every time you order.
