The Tudor case is hugely different to the Rolex. It would make an interesting project watch to build a hybrid modern/vintage Tudex 6538 homage, but would look a distant relative to a gen Rolex.
You may be able to source a cartel (JKF/BP) 6538 rep. Try Marvellous Replica - it would only cost you $100 or so with shipping. These are nice enough out of the box or modded, but lack the most eye-catching feature of a gen, the negative printed gilt dial which gives the dial its lovely shimmering markings.

Helenarou also does the 6538 as a higher end custom build. It'll cost between $500 - $600 plus but is a superior package.
