building a PAM00087 “la bomba”

If you can find that case belkin12 can build it 100% those case are hard to find 44mm submersible
You asked about a Pam , Not a sub.....unfortunately he doesn’t do sub builds

The answer is yes only if:
- You can source a HF 087 caseset, a homage watch is possible but i haven't seen someone went this route [maybe such homage doesn't exist]
- Hands should be easier to source, hands on my 064 was damaged during transit and my watchsmith was able to quickly source a replacement for me
- Dial will be a pain in the ass, since belkin will not work on such dials with subdial / metal indices, last resort will be natas or custom dial makers
It's all possible, but it's a lot of preparation / work, like @Martycus said, getting a gen will be the quickest and easiest solution, the cheapest one on c24 is $5300usd plus shipping
Or keep an eye out on m2m, they appear once in a while

If it were me and I was considering building one, I’d buy the VVS all day long and twice on Tuesday. I suspect once these new ones are in the wild, the OG 087 may start popping up for sale.
