The only "flaw" is the hands don't match the dial lume. Put gen hands on and your golden. I don't think gen date wheels are worth it anymore.

Just a quick one. Really impressed with your work and it has inspired me to do the same to my VSF 116610LV. I have just had a ZF dial installed and ordered a CF inlay and gen hands. I will be having the movement serviced when they are all fitted.

Is there anything I have missed? Is it worth adding a gen datewheel too?
Is it worth upgrading VSF Crystal to Gen?

I recently upgraded the hands to gen as well.

The VSF date wheel is pretty good, but i had a gen at hand so i upgraded. You 100% need to upgrade the crystal. The Vsf is the best rep crystal on the market, but it is still far from the quality of the gen.

Did you rebrush the case and bracelet?

did you leave the hour markers as it is? how is the quality? a lot of people complaining about the lume quality and color of zf dial.
