So I started this one just after the forum went down.
i already have my Vietnam cased 6538 but it didn't scratch my itch for a Tudor big crown.
My budget wouldn't stretch to another gen spec case so this one is a big crown on a shoestring budget.
I started with a tiger concept v3 case which takes a gen sized dial,
That was aged and softened and the lugs drilled.
Next I took a Vietnam brass bezel that I had in my box and attacked it with my Dremel tool until it fitted.faded insert and athaya pearl.
I press fitted a t21 plexi using the gasket that came with the case so no glue needed.
For the crown I just used a silix brevet crown that was in my parts box and fits straight on.
The dial is a decal that I made myself (thanks to bart Cordell. for the template)
The end result is not too bad.
