BTF and Clean Panda daytona upgraded!!!

I just got my QC for a black dial BTF Daytona, I'm not particularly impressed by the poor bezel and seconds hand alignment (minor things I can get fixed for cheap), however, what I can't really say I like is all the rehaut ROLEX engravings on the left side, they all seem to be off by a mm or so... so RL or GL? what do you guys think? Do the subdial hands look like V1 or V2? I personally can't tell...

Looking at the bezel I think it’s the dial not centered perfectly.

Is it just me or do the sundials for the 12 and 60 look larger than the 30

I noticed on guru's QC pics the subdial hands are white while MFK100's the subdial hands are black. So not all white dial pandas with black ceramic bezel are exactly the same? I thought maybe that was based on the factory that makes them but they are both BTF.

The bezel is definitely off. A line extended from the 120 triangle tip through the lower SEL is way right of center SEL.

That looks so much better bro. Subdial numerals and hands are fixed. (Disregard dial colors as brightness and saturation were tweaked to highlight subdial details).

Got my BTF QC this morning. Looks like bezel is misaligned and same sundial 9 mis print. Apparently the latest version. I think I’m gonna switch to CF V2 if the dial color has really changed

Seems like a consistent issue for the BTF Daytonas, I think I know the culprit;

Haha, good one!

BTW I would RL for this issue, even if you can fix it yourself. It's an unnecessary risk of a cracked ceramic bezel that should not be imposed on a buyer of a new $500 watch.

Yup you are right KJ , better than expected , and i dont feel like i need to install gen hands neither. My iphone does auto focus hence the sharpness ! But still justified.

Color is too white and sudials are shiny black as appose to CF where dial has blue tint and black color is slightly faded.

In conclusion both have some MINOR flaws. It depends which of them a user can live with!

I would but wouldn’t be fair comparison cause the CF case is replaced with noob one as i used it for my other Franken.

Since you got both of them, wanted to ask something about bracelets

Both CF and BTF uses ARF bracelet, (not sure about clasp) how do you feel about bracelets if you compare them, which one seems better, are they 1:1 same?

both of them have pluses and minuses…

clean has a far better dial (subdial printing is spot on), better markers & lume.
better has crazy good SEL fits and better hands (albiet pictured is v1) and in my opinion a better coronet, lugs.

give and take, neither are perfect

Bracelets are the same more or less , clasp of BTF does not have 7CD code though!
