Also wondering if there will be a decorated movement. But BTF is known for makeing solid versions of Daytona 116....Looking forward to pics of the actual watch instead of the half assed promotional retouch with the wrong bracelet.
There might be some confusion about SBF/VSF. When I got it right, the low price is for the alpha version (with the raw movement) only. Where the final price will be, nobody knows. Maybe it´s on the Clean-levelAlso wondering if there will be a decorated movement. But BTF is known for makeing solid versions of Daytona 116....
And very interested where it will priced, between SBF 498 and CLEAN 838....
Ah I see. But AFAIK the only difference in movements are that those movements are BETTER, because what seems to happen that the factorys or their middleman buy RAW movements from Peacock (with the QC and work done by peacock, professionals) and then take it apart, engrave it, and set back together and decide if thei want to lube the movements or work quick and profitable. There might be some confusion about SBF/VSF. Yes, I can only speculate too ;-)Ah I see. So maybe the ALPHA version is better in quality, but just not engraved. For me in a closed caseback watch even better
But maybe I get it wrong.
Never heard of any replica released as "alpha" or "pre version" bevore, just later a v2. thats fishy anyway.

I have no idea whether this is a marketing stunt, whether they "just" want to annoy Clean and BT or whether they want to check out the market. As I've heard, the Daytonas from APS and ZF have sold very poorly (for reasons ;-)). Perhaps VSF first wants to test whether it is financially worthwhile to invest even more money in development? But that is really pure speculation.
I bought the VSF Panda but haven´t seen the QCs yet. I will keep RWI up to date when the watch arrives, if this is still needed in around three weeks ;-)Lets wait till we see the first QCs here. Or maybe just buy it
Hi there mate, do you have a link to your panda purchase?I bought the VSF Panda but haven´t seen the QCs yet. I will keep RWI up to date when the watch arrives, if this is still needed in around three weeks ;-)
Ask your dealer. Every Dealer should get it ;-)Hi there mate, do you have a link to your panda purchase?
I would also like to purchase one but I don't know from any dealer.
Thanks in advance!
This looks like the real deal — this is the Dandong DD4131 that we’ve been waiting for. The balance bridge appears to have a real paraflex shock setting not a decoration plate like the SH4131. I suspect we’ll also see escape wheel shock settings on this dd4131 (but it’s not possible to see that in these pictures). And it looks like the DD4131 is getting the full ball bearing block like the gen and SH versions.
+1 would also love to see a movement comparison with gen @CTimeThis looks like the real deal — this is the Dandong DD4131 that we’ve been waiting for. I would very much like to see a part by part comparison of this movement with the SH4131 used in the CF 12-series Daytonas. Perhaps @CTime could furnish us with such a comparison.
