Finally I understood what does the term "Brushed as gen" means ! Thank you ! However, a comparison between unbrushed, brushed and genuine rolex watches would be great ! Thanks again !

Here a photo of my OP bracelet before and after brushing (because I did it a ghetto way), it’s not that good of a photo or a brush job but it does get the point across

It's a hand made job with a scotch brite.
I tryed it but when i used the machine with the right swiss disk the story has changed.
Another cheap way but it could be very close is to use a dremel with a good brushing disk.

Amazing !
So the brushing process have changed it this way ?
Moreover, the main issue is that after the brushing process the bracelet can also be scratched. Even the genuine rolex can be scratched ! I hope you got my point !

In the other thread I saw a BERGEON wheel # 6085 but after searching for it I find additional numbers like 6085 E1, E2 etc can you tell us what part numbers.

I also see a Bufflex wheel FB6 type A grade/grain TF but can't find it for sale.

Yeah the brushing process got rid of the scratches because it is essentially removing a small layer of metal and adding little groves to it to give it a less shines “brushed” effect. This bracelet is from my Genuine Rolex OP, before my bracelet was too polished and scratches show more in polished areas that is why most bracelets are fully brushed because it shows the scratches less

Great post @FiliGelli thanks for the contribution!

I used this bergeon satin finish bar gives a more uniform brush pattern and has more control than a scotch brite pad. Will save the polish sides of the bracelet as well.

This morning i gave to my girfrind my YACHTMASTER ROLESIUM for wearing it in her office because her datejust is to @JohnnyDepp for a movement service.
She returned this evening with all the middle part of the clasp scratched....
I will never give to my girlfriend my watches...

You obviously care about watches, and you lend your gf one and she accomplishes that in less than a day?

Time for a new gf.
