That combo works! Never been a fan of the olive dive strap on the 382, but I'm a fan of the one you got on there! Is it a Peter Gani strap?

I'm not sure a rep bronzo is waterproof to 5,000 metres! So I recently put mine in a small plastic box full of water and dissolved sea salt crystals. I shall leave it there for a week or two and see what happens!

I think I’ll just leave mine to age in it’s own time ...

I fussed with mine and forced the patina. I will say, it doesn’t matter how you do it, whether you use ammonia, liver of sulfur, oils from your hand, or time and moist salt air, you have fun doing it and take pride in it being done. Or I guess it’s never really done. Take pride in it getting underway.
