I circled the bubbling. Notice the 30 marker is rotated as well. Right before it fell off.

Didn't clean it. QC photos were approved. Didn't really have any patina on it when I received it. There is some present but it's minimal. It's from XF. I think something happened with shipping where the package was exposed to a change in temperature. So far I'm at a dead end on how to resolve this. TD gave me some options, all of which have me spending more money to fix the problem and I'm still waiting on a Mods response next door. Really sucks as I've NEVER had an issue.Wow... What on earth could have caused that??? I can't put my finger on it, but there's something about the watch that seems very odd. Which maker is this supposed to be from - XF or ZF? Did you get and approve QC pictures? I notice the absence of any patination. Did you clean it already?

That's a nice piece!!!Cool Bangla. Maranez makes some very nice brass watches that age and develop interesting and beautiful patina just like bronze. Great value for the price too.

Sure, here is the dial. I can post more when I get home from work. Do you think they sent me a different watch?
The marker was loose when I received it. I actually sent the TD a video of me being able to rotate it. I honestly believe this was either rough shipping or the package was exposed to some pretty drastic heat changes during its flight/shipment. That would be, in my opinion, the only reason for paint being able to bubble. I've had loose markers before and never really seemed to care because you can either tighten the screw (if it has one) or use some glue. But the dial, completely unfixable. So far no response from a mod next door however, I do understand everyone is busy with the new site and I am patient. The only options the TD reccomends all involve me spending more money. Really hoping to sort this out.Well, I will defer to @mysterio 's expertise, but for starters, it's hard to believe the 30 minutes marker rotated by itself a complete and precise 180 degree in transit!
Besides all that you mentioned, the hour and minute hands seems oxidated near the center
And here in your QC pic I think this process of oxidating was in the beginning
Did you receive some answer from the dealer?

Here you goI see, but can you post the QC pictures?
Those are some good observations. Only responses from dealer all involve me spending more money to fix the problem. Not here to bad mouth anyone because I've never had a problem with this dealer. I'm just hoping this gets resolved.
I guess it's really the same watch, as the center of the hands already show some oxidation with the same design.

What is the options he offered you to fix it & will cost you more money
Are you gonna ship it again to him & get exposed to weather conditions again
It seems to me the watch wasn't sealed right and the dealer didn't check its water proofing that what makes problems with the dial and oxidize the hands
This is his problem he should fix it without extra cost

That is what I see as well. But do check the BB number just to double confirm it's the same watch @Thewatchwolf.
Not all dealers do a water resistance check. That is not part of the standard QC process.
This a good lesson for all of us
So we have to make sure that TD performs water proof test
