If you like the black stick with it, no one will be able to tell unless they are part of the forum or have the gen right next to it. In the end it's not a best seller and will be pretty rare to see in real life once they discontinue them.

I have had the black one for about a year and a half and never knew and I'm kind of a Breitling guy. Absolutely nobody will know unless side by side and taking it off the wrist and holding right up to your face. I actually like the incorrect font better so I'm happy. I'm not a huge blue dial fan either. Have you ever seen a Trans Ocean in real life on the wrist? You would be fine getting the black as it's a great rep and that blue/purple AR looks so much better against a black dial.

If you look closely at the ends of each letter, the rep is wrong because the added lines are a lot more evident (which is correct for the blue limited edition but not the black & white dials). Keep in mind this is a microscopic flaw that no one would notice unless you have a gen dial next to it.
