Anybody which factory it’s from?

Stick with the V7F, the added 50$ for it is more than worth it!

However I would go for the blue version instead of the black, I found the black to have a flaw that can't be unseen, there are two different Breitling fonts for this model: the limited edition font that is only on the blue and the regular font which is on the black dial as well as the white one.

Fortunately I found a genuine dial that needs to be refinished before installing for pretty cheap:

Wow...this is why I signed up to this forum. I would never have noticed that probably till after. Couple of questions for you where did you source the dial? And will you install it yourself??

Found a seller on Chromo24 and negotiated with him on eBay, think he's signed up on the forum as well since some of his items are also listed here but he never told me if he was actually a member here. I wouldn't want to damage it more than it already is, I'm sending it to a watchmaker to install for me (as I also bought another damaged Superocean dial I might be sending both to a friend who paints and did some restorations for me in the past, hopefully it will bring them back to brand new).

As mentioned above, the blue version (limited edition) is different than the white dial and black dial version. On the reps they all have the same font as the blue limited edition dial, so if you get a black or a white, the Breitling is written in the wrong font.

Here is the comparison between the white versions, as you can see the white version uses a completely different font (same goes for the black and rose gold versions, the rep kept the same font as the limited edition one on all models).

One more thing. V7F's white dial is sun burst, different from gen's plain white. FYI, according to AD, trandsocean day date will be discontinued soon.

It's not that surprising given the model didn't do too well, I think the Aviator 8 was a better option between the two. The Aviator 8 has the Breitling look, the same movement as the Transocean and costs 1700$ less.

If you're okay with the blue definitely pull the trigger! However, can't recommend the white or the black.
