Ordered from a TD, most are selling a version of this watch, whether labelled V7F or not (I've ordered the V7 version) Some also list different movement references.

If I'm interpreting your question rightly, I would never mount a slimmer strap than the watch's lug width. A 20mm strap on a watch with 22mm lugs would look weird as the pins will be exposed, plus the strap may move around up and down the pins due to not being snugly fitted between the lugs.
