I did it all my self today. Enjoyed the work, The chrono hand was the most challenging one to put on. This was my first time ever putting hands on. I practiced with the old movement and hands before attempting to work with the gen parts. Came out great, very happy with the result. And I love the blue dial. The white never really jived with me so I'm glad I went with the blue. The brown leather strap is also nice with this color dial. It's crazy to think that few months ago I was just about to pull the trigger on a gen Super Avenger with a price tag of $3.5.. This is more fun in my opinion.

Props to you! It definitely is, I left the gen game for that exact reason. Collecting the parts and building it make me enjoy the watch a lot more (even if sometimes I do go crazy and the build gets a bit too close to a second hand gen).
