Don’t do that mate. I’d start with the least aggressive approach. Just apply a drop of resin or glue on the pearl. You’ll see the result is very good. You can always dig out the pearl later.

To test what I’m saying: apply a little drop of water in the pearl. This gives you a decent idea of how the resin would look.

That makes sense. I will start small, see how it looks, then go from there. Appreciate the advice!
