In the Breguet's catalogue there is no model with both chronograph and moonphase complications.
There are moonphase models like the model Classique 3137
Or the Classique 5327
Or the Classique 7137
Or the Classique 7337
There are models with chronograph complication like the Classique 5287
Or the Marine 5827
The Breguet replica Chronograph Moonphase is a fantasy replica but very well executed. It has all the Classique Breguet features like different types of guilloché, blue eccentric moon tip watch hands, coin shape case, lugs with screw-pins.
It features a Lemania manual winding movement that runs at 21.600bph, and can be seen through the sapphire caseback. It also features a date subdial at @12 that can be adjusted via a recessed pushbutton at 10. The moonphase works like a real moonphase and can be adjusted via a recessed pushbutton at @8. It is not a day/night indicator (sun/moon) like a 24 hour mechanism, but instead, a real 29,5 days moonphase.
There are three models of this replica with little variations. One can be seen in our TD TSWATCH INTERNATIONAL like the above pics, and from my point of view, is the most beautiful of all, where the roman numerals are isolated in littles capsules. Here is the link.

Another variation can be seen in PURETIME, KINGWATCH (RWG TD), or PERFECT CLONES or TRUSTY TIME. It is said to have a 40mm case instead of the 43mm of the first variation, and features chrono seconds indicator at the edge of the dial, and the subdials cut the roman numerals.

And the third variation can be seen in the RWG TD AOOTIME, which features a deployment clasp instead of a buckle, and the @3 and @9 subdials don't cut the roman numerals and have two different types of guilloché in an opposite pattern. The date dial seems bigger which is better for an improved legibility.

I promise to post real pics of my replica (first variation) in better light conditions to show the beauty is this piece.
