Well this thread done it to me again,,,,,Everytime i look at this thread,,,,I regret selling my franken SD,,,,So i ordered a new BP SD again!,,,,So far already got a gen crown!
I have read and heard,,,,That the BP SD that the TD are selling,,,,Look a lot better than the older first BP SD,,,,,Does anybody got any input on this subject????
I haven't received mine yet just wondering

i want thank the person who chosen to work on this firm. just wait..

whatever you do bro keep them standard don't broach them to make them fit an ETA, use fake hands if you have to until you can find a movement to suit because if you ever decide to part it out to recoup any money they will be worth a lot more and $500 bucks! That's a fu....ing STEAL nice work man this will be the best SD built to date on here (RWI) since I've been a member.. Can't wait to see the finished result

I would think the gen movement would be close for this case the crown position is pretty damn close if not right where it needs to be.

Ps- I got lucky, I found genuine pieces in my city. the gentleman who sold me them also has 6538 years '59. great collector. He sold them because he bought sd comex recently and dont want further sd ..

I can sell to him the bracelet . I asked him to wait .. if I get in my project (gen hands in eta) I'll buy it too.

These are damn amazing for the price. I love mine. Even the crown screws into place with the rolex symbol perfectly upright.

This is exceedingly rare in the gen. When I bought my M serial, I searched for a long time to try to find one like that and ended up having to settle. It's actually surprising that Rolex doesn't make them that way, you'd think it'd be a simple thing to correct.
