That is the Question that I would love a truthful answer to. As I said I sent the watch July 5th completely unassembled, It had been with RNRPROF getting a 2XAR crystal but RNRPROF doesn't have the ability to work with Adrians genuine crystal mod. So I sent the watch to Adrian who is an incredible engineer, watch smith and perfectionist with a heart of Gold @
ado213 . Adrian retained the majority of parts and sent the Case, bracelet, Bezel and Case back on to Zocker for a Swiss Machine finish. Now you must remember at this point I'm giving Zocker a second chance, He originally did my TC V6 KH 16610LN and told me 4 to 6 weeks it took 12+. So I knew this could take a while. Zockers main excuse was his so called partner had a family emergency in Mexico and had left Germany along with other BS.
Now I figured he would make a greater effort to get the Sea Dweller done, You should also know that Zocker and his "partner" are 2 hours away from each other in different cities. So now Zockers "Partners Father Dies" and Zocker has to go on "Vacation to Ibiza twice" and "the machines arent all set up" and "we need a bigger building" and "his wife is out of town" ETC.....
I dont believe this Partner is a friend or partner and I dont believe Zocker owns any part of the machines, I believe its a shop that takes reps in and does the work if they have spare time. Thats it, Zocker has ignored at least 3 emails or PMs as the time got longer. I told him 8+ days ago that my patience had run out and that I would not be able to send my TC KH LV or recommend him on the forum unless he told his partner to finish the watch within a week and get it back to him so he could send it back to Adrian. Thats it today I wrote another email which I posted on the forum and within minutes I got a Nasty reply that he was not the on call watch smith for RWI and ETC ETC. His partner had not even started on the watch and had accidentally shipped it back to him. That was enough for me I told him to ship the watch back to Adrian immediately. To me this is pathetic, He didnt even make an offer to make it right other than to send it back.
I know guys on this forum that will do things for free including parts if they screw up, I have had to deposit money into Peoples accounts because they didnt want payment because someone else screwed up. Its crazy the number of kind and generous people we have here, I have had a moder offer to do a watch for free because I sent him so much business.
And then we have the Bums and liars. I will tell you, had Zocker replied to my emails within a day or two and if he had been truthful with explanations that were believable I would still be working with him, (He replied to todays email within minutes and only because I posted it on the forum). The final straw was when he got nasty in an email today its clear he does not give a shit about RWI but he will continue his very impressive sales pitch to the end, I know he has done good work for others and his "Partners" case work on my TC 16610 Ln was nice but there are other guys that can do just as well we just need to find them , I have ideas on at least three guys that may not do the work exactly the same but it will be beautiful and done in a week or two.
In any case I believe its over now and if it somehow got worse I can buy another one from Sead in a heart beat.
In the end the big loser is Zocker he made foolish statements and decisions and will lose business because of it. So very sad to see something with such promise go into the dumpster.
