Just lost another 30 minutes reading through all this and trying to catch up on the differences. Good result for me: I just can´t.... - which is good because once You see it.....You can´t "unsee" it. On my BP SD the stock bracelet and clasp have been fine since day 1 and continue to be, at least 4me. The TC links are assembled differently (better) but I wouldn´t notice it on the wrist. On the TC I changed the clasp for a 116610 glidelock one and that really added a lot of comfort.
The SD I´m still wearing it like always - on it´s stock bracelet and clasp and happy with it.
Differences I see: Turbo350z has another 1/2 link near the clasp, the sides of the links have a tiny better polished edge and the links are maybe 1/2 mm longer each? SEL-fit is perfect but imho mine isn´t too bad either. Turbo350z has lugholes that I can only dream of

and maybe the x-tal sits flusher.
Even had to take an imitation pic right now, kind of - and later will do the same with the TC. Is this driving us nuts?

Maybe, in a good way..., my inquisitive mind is put to rest for now - until You teach me different.
update with TC 93250 V5 with glidelock-clasp for comparison purposes
and update Nr.2 - so after 3 years finally discovered the difference about the "worn out" and "sloppiness" of the Seadweller-bracelet but I´m happy to say it doesn´t bother me in the slightest, even after "knowing" it. Above are the 2 wristies, below: on the left the TC - no gap at the endlink and the SD-bracelet with a "stretched and sloppy" gap between endlink and first link - the difference is something for the purest of purists, for my part I seem to be only semi-purist and I´m very happy with both
