BP Seadweller.. Best SD available Period

Good question. Would you relume just the hands or both dial and hands? Relume of both would be about $150, tc dial and hands would be $100. If you did a relume it would eliminate having to possible swap canon pinion on your movement.

Your bpsd mat have a 2824 with short canon pinion and long tube hands. This would mean the tc hands will not be a direct swap and would require a modification of the cp on your movement or switch to a 2836-2.

it wouldnt just be the cannon pinion, it would require the whole H-4 setup......cannon pinion, hour wheel , and minute wheel......

After 3 months of hoarding parts I finally received the long awaited Gen Bezel Assembly. Adrian already has the BP Case with TC Tube and TC Dial and TC Bracelet. Now it just needs his wonderful magic to make this Franken baby come alive. So total parts list will be:
- BP SD 16600 Case
- ETA movement (not sure yet which one)
- TC 16600 Dial
- TC V4 DWO
- TC 16610 Hands (otherwise the 16600 hands)
- TC Tube
- TC Bracelet
- Gen 93160 Clasp
- Gen 704 Crown
- Gen 285 xtal
- Gen 16600 Bezel Assembly

Thats going to be a great build! Can't wait to see it! Roughly how much will you have in it said and done? I've seen people say the reason TC doesn't do 2836 is that is wouldn't have gen crown position. BP does with 2836 though right?

It sure will be great. I stopped counting costs to be honest cause if I did I would probably have stopped sooner LOL but this easily hits up to the $1750 mark (mods of Adrian not included).
Edit: As for the 2836 I really can´t tell as Adrian will install the best ETA for me. So trust he can answer this question or anyone else might chime in
Are those tc 16610 v2 hands? And you want to try those first but if they don't work back up plan is tc 16600 hands? I'm also curios if the v2 will work and I was just messaging with adrian about it. He said he hasn't tried them before. Please let us know how it goes

Yep
V2 16610 Hands and 16600 hands. I took a look up close and the 16610 hands do have tad more depth to the lume structure making it appear more gen like (3D effect). So yes will send both to Adrian and first try the 16610 and if they don´t work have the 16600 as backup.He said they should work but wasn't sure if they are the same length. Have you compared their length?Yep

Sorry did not compare as I wanted to leave hands in their packaging to keep them in mint condition. Adrian should have them next week so we´ll know soon
