Is changing the click spring something I can do on my own or do I need a watchsmith to install it ?

The more I look at the QC pics I posted above, the more I notice the hand lume colour compared to the dial? Opinions? Is this typical older BP?

I ordered mine from sead last month and the hands are also "green" compared to the dial markers. It's not that big of a deal and easy to sort out with tc hands

Gen crown, Gen bezel insert, new click spring, tube, TC hands/dial/v4 DWO/bracelet, H4 Conversion, Swiss ETA 2834-2, softened case, modded crown guards and modded bezel teeth.

Great mods ! It was a wise choice to go this route.

By the way is the BP bezel assembly gen specs ? And does the gen insert snap in like on the TC sub or you have to sand it ?

Sorry, I'm not sure because I purchased this watch with the gen insert. On my previous franken BPSD build, the gen insert needed to be slightly sanded to fit.

I do miss my previous build, the drilled lug holes came out great:

This is really nice, People who nit pick these to death are starting to bother me, I started mine a long time ago and I went all in as far as TC parts and a genuine insert and crown but others have gone even further, I do it for the fun and learning.

Adrian advised he has completely rebuilt the movement to better than new, It seems OTTO FREI SOLD ME A REFURBISHED MOVEMENT!!!! So my business goes to StarTime now.

My watch is essentially done with a little kink in the seconds hand so we will have to see how that looks I have a whole new Dial and hand set coming from TC which should be here early next week and that I will ship to Adrian to replace the parts of his he used from his own supply.

You're going to be so happy when it's finally done. What is the problem with the seconds hand? And that sucks to hear about the "new" movement you purchased.

Can I buy 2813 version and put in the swiss eta? And will this Yuki dial fit?
